We shall follow the Special Law on Promotion of Business Expressions.
On August 16, 2016, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy requested a review of the project
reorganization approval process. I received approval from the Review Committee on September 8.

The restructuring of the project was carried out in the industrial complex of the Ulsan Petrochemical
Industrial Complex. By selling to UNICid, we preemptively underperform the supply of caustic soda.
It is pushing forward to reorganize the business to high value-added products.
