Manufacturing Process

Salt dissolved in water goes through the purification process to remove any impurities.

After removing impurities, salt water is put in the electrolyzer to break down into Chlorine, Caustic Soda and Hydrogen.

• Chlorine gas is refined and liquefied to be shipped in trucks or becomes re-vaporized to be sent to VCM/ECH plants or customer plants through pipes.
• Caustic Soda is concentrated and stored to be shipped by trucks or ships.
• Hydrogen goes through refining process to be used as fuel or sent to customers’ plants.
