Manufacturing Process

VCM, water and raw supplements are put in a reactor and heated.

Slurry(mixture of solids and liquids) that comes out of the reactor is put into the stripping column through the top. Steam is put in the bottom of the stripping column to remove unused VCM in the slurry. The left-over VCM is reused.

The slurry becomes dehydrated by passing through the decanter(centrifuge). Then it is dried using hot air and water In the dryer to become PVC resin of powdery state.

PVC resin is stored in a silo then packed and shipped.
